Shipping Policy

Shipping from Portugal

All orders are dispatched from Portugal.

Production time

Our latex garments are made to order. Production usually takes approximately 4 weeks before dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or agreed with you.

Production time is separate from shipping time. If your order requires additional production time, we will contact you.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes approximately 3–10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance and carrier delays may extend the delivery time.

Shipping costs

Our standard shipping rates per order are:

• European Union (EU): €7

• Non-EU Europe: €20

• Outside Europe, including the USA: €40

Available shipping destinations and the applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees.

Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery problems

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@highglossdolls.com.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
